  1. Arms should usually he straight. This encourages you to work with your legs.
  2. Better to use your legs a bit more than necessary to save your arms.
  3. Always have three limbs attached to the wall to prevent "låvedør" phenomenon
  4. Keep your body as close to the wall as possible. It shortens all distances.
  5. Rotate your body the same side as your intend to move your arm. If you intend to move your right arm to stretch for a grip, the right side of your body should be close to the wall.
